A native of San Jose, Mr. Pogue was admitted to practice in 1992. He holds a Juris Doctorate degree and a Masters of Law in the area of Taxation. He has appeared
in the Superior Courts of 28 California counties, the First and Sixth California Appellate Districts, the Ninth US Circuit Court of Appeals, the US Tax Court, the US Bankruptcy Court and the United States District Court of Northern California. Mr. Pogue now works remotely from his offices in Utah and Mexico.
Also a San Jose native, Andrew Calvert was admitted to practice
in 2012. Mr. Calvert has practiced in Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco,
Alameda, San Benito and Stanislaus counties. His primary litigation experience
is in probate and Family Court.
He attended Brigham Young University for undergraduate edication and Santa Clara University School of Law. Mr. Calvert is extremely competent and adept at litigating his clients' interests in court.
