1-2 week (estimated) turnaround after the stipulation has been accepted by the clerk’s office

If you need to make you first filing fee, please indicate and we can provide an invoice for payment and it will be included with the judgement packet

We will email a copy of the filed endorsed judgment when filed by the clerk’s office. You can also have the option to download it directly from the portal when filed

Rush filing is not available for this county however we can mail out the signed judgment packet to your office or you can pick it up and file it yourself for a faster turnaround.
