Andrew Calvert was admitted to the California State Bar in June 2012. He has been practicing law since his admission. Mr. Calvert has practiced in San Jose, San Mateo, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Alameda, San Benito and Stanislaus counties. His primary litigation experience is in Santa Clara County probate, dependency and Family Courts.

He began his career practicing insurance defense in complex construction defect litigation. He has since practiced primarily in family law matters and probate litigation. Mr. Calvert has experience in high asset dissolution cases, complex child custody matters, domestic violence restraining orders, and more complex guardianship cases.

He attended Brigham Young University for undergraduate education and Santa Clara University School of Law where he obtained the Cali and Witkin awards in excellence for Construction Defect Law as well as Securities Regulation Law. Mr. Calvert is extremely competent and adept at litigating his clients’ interests in court, and takes child custody and visitation issues extremely seriously as he is the loving father of four children.
