Steven R. Pogue, a native of San Jose, was admitted to practice in 1992. He holds a Juris Doctorate degree and a Masters of Law in the area of Taxation. He has appeared in the Superior Courts of 28 California counties, the First and Sixth California Appellate Districts, the Ninth US Circuit Court of Appeals, the US Tax Court, the US Bankruptcy Court and the United States District Court of Northern California. Mr. Pogue now works remotely from his offices in Utah and Mexico.

Mr. Pogue is proficient in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese.
